Our Board of Directors

The Jindhag Foundation is a charitable organization founded to support and preserve the cultural diversity of traditional and indigenous peoples around the world that are being threatened with extinction and assimilation into modernity. The word Jindhag comes from the Tibetan word for “sponsors” and is associated with the notion of giving support.



Harmon Houghton
Harmon is an entrepreneurial business man having founded four companies including Houghton Management Inc., a management consulting firm, Extended Technologies, a computer software and technology corp., Clear Light Publishing, a book publishing company, and Eco Products Group, an environmental technology corporation.



Isaiah Seret
Isaiah Seret is a film director known for creating singular worlds with emotional storytelling and cinematic visuals. He received his first DGA nomination in 2018 for his standout commercial work for Samsung and Kohler and has garnered awards across the industry, including a Cannes Lion and MVAs for his music-video work.
Ajna Seret
Ajna was born and raised in Santa Fe, NM. During his senior year of high school he studied abroad in Nepal and was introduced to Buddhist studies at Kopan Monastery in Kathmandu. Between 1997 and 2001 he continued studying at the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives in Dharmsala, and at Manjushree Center of Tibetan Culture in Darjeeling.
Sharif Seret
Sharif was born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He graduated from Franklin University in Lugano, Switzerland with a B.S. in International Management and Marketing. After college Sharif applied his talents to managing and developing two family businesses, reaching new levels of success for both.
